Bad picture quality, bad sound quality. Frustrating remote. This tv ain't worth $100 just buy a Samsung TV they are the best. LG has gone down hill please believe me.

Unprotected Screen, Bad customer service

I never got a chance to even turn it on as it arrived with a cracked screen. The whole perimeter of the tv was protected with hard styrofoam EXCEPT the screen, I don't understand it. It didn't help that Walmart customer service were horrible at scheduling a pick up, because they kept canceling it. I had the tv for almost a month, didn't have a tv in my living on Christmas and they lied and misinformed me that I was getting a replacement then told me I could on get a refund. Unfortunately you can't purchase this in store so I will have to choose another tv. It will save you a headache if you can get a tv at the store.
