Sturdy and durable. Little difficult to figure out how to expand tub but easy after you put your hand on the bottom and pull up with the handle. The machine tells you what the temperature is of the water when you add the hot water! Easy to adjust and is keeping the water at the desired temperature. Defaults to 60 min cycle can adjust down to 10 min. I am sitting in my lazy-boy recliner with size 13 men's feet and I'm very comfortable. Would Recommend love it

Yes I do like it. For some reason the temperature control has a mind of it own. I say that bc I can set it a certain temp %26 it goes up higher on it own. I try to change it bk %26 it does the same thing again %26 I continue to set it bk but it does the same thing over %26 over again. Can I get an exchange at the store or do I have to it by mail? 😕
