I just received this wagon so will update my review as needed, but I am very happy with the simple "assembly" that is nothing more than lifting, pulling, %26 adjusting a bit. The depth is terrific %26 the length is great. Be sure to check the measurements before buying since it is rather long. I'll be using it to cart six 36" folding bookcases and other items from my car to fair booths, so I need something long and robust. The handle feels cheap, but it is adequate, and the wheels do well on smooth surfaces. The front wheels are perpendicular to the handle after folding it together again, but that should be readily corrected. It was easy enough for me to squeeze back into shape and pop the cover over it, but I can see that the process might be difficult for some. Try putting it on its side on the floor for more ooomph, if necessary. As I said, the test will be using the loaded wagon on gravel, mud, and maneuvering it through throngs of other vendors as we set up our booths. I will tweak my review if needed, but so far, I am quite pleased with it.
