It's my first time owning one and I was happy with how easy it was to set up and make my own popcorn at home. It didn't waste my kernel. The packaging was well secured and no issues with any parts. It also comes with measuring spoons/ cups. It took about a total of 10-15 minutes to warm up, prep the oil, and get the final popcorn. It was perfectly popped. It has a tray that collects any unpopped corn too.
