As a dietary supplement, adults, mix 10 drops of NutriBiotic GSE Liquid Concentrate into a glass of water or juice (5 oz. or more) and drink, 1-3 times daily, with or without meals. For children 5 years of age and older, mix 3 drops into a glass of water or juice, 1-3 times daily, with or without meals. Or, use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not use full strength in mouth.

I can't have grapefruit because of the medicine I take but I've been using it for years to clean my vegetables %26 fruit. I mix 2 C distilled water, 2 C white vinegar, 40 drops of grapefruit extract in a quart spray bottle. Spray, leave on for 5 min. %26 rinse with water.
