this is great

unlike the great value chopped onions, this does not include tough bits and skin. is not anything like fresh but quick and easy start for my vegetable dishes. chop is uniform which is nice.

Great little seasoning pack!

It might seem like a strange thing to leave a review for a frozen veggie mix but I feel not many people give these a try! I keep these on hand for quick meals and soup based. I have used this mirepoix mix for many meals obviously soup, adding flavor to chicken casseroles, I've even added it to ground burger for other meals like spaghetti and hamburger helper. It just gives it an extra boost of flavor. I don't think you will disagree. It is so convenient to have this on hand.

Convenient base to so many recipes

I love keeping this mix on hand as it is the base to so many of my recipes and the convenience of it already chopped and ready to go saves time, mess, clean up, waste from fresh going bad and wear and tear on arthritic fingers! Always tasty!
