used to use an expensive professional clipper. my dog is much older at this point so i just wanted a cheap will get the job done with less noise clippers and this is perfect. all the same attachments that i use. however, there is a learning curve to using it. not bad and would definitely recommend to users who need a clipper for in-between cuts.

I used this on my Shihtzu this kit she didn't move around trying to get away like other kits almost like this before. she stayed still let me trim her and grind her nails and the nail grinder I purchased has a light on it so you see how short to clip your dogs nails and shape and grind this kit even comes with a dogs face trimmer very smooth trimmer around the dogs eyes and ears and it contains different seizes of clippers and trimmers and in 1 box. I bought the white and gold kit . lighted kit they have the kits without lights also if you prefer. but buying this you won't be sorry. good luck
