Athletic Works Boys Active Shorts, Sizes 4-18

My 8 year old is 65lbs and in between sizes right now. We ordered a size 10/12 and it fit well, even in the waist without using the draw string. The quality is great on these shorts. They are very soft, wash up well and have substantial weight to them. It says they keep you cool. We didn't try it, but I actually think they are too thick to wear on a very hot summer day. The blue color matches a lot of the shorts we bought last year from this store.

This pair of athletic shorts are a bit thicker than most dryfit material but super soft. They are great for lounging around the house or a good long road trip! The length does come down to the knees and may seem a little long. The waist fits perfectly and comes with drawstrings if needed. The drawstrings are not long and can easily be ignored. They do have pockets on the sides. This pair is a size large or 10/12.
