Really like how easy this is to use and how you can get it to walk down your back and it feels good on your legs as well. Do be careful to put it on your neck the right way (wider 'fingers' up) otherwise it kind of chokes you the first grip down. The controls should be on the right if it is on your neck. I do wish you could feel the heat a little more, but overall it is great and easy to recharge.
