i bought these the same time i got the tuoy brand and they seem to have more padding and they re less expensive.hope i never have to find out how well they work because breaking a leg falling over on a bike is no fun.i think these might have prevented it.i would advise to never get on a bike without safety gear.you can hurt yourself really easily just by falling over with an overloaded backpack on
