Full of flavor without the salt

This is perfect for those watching their sodium intake. You can add a little bit of salt if you want to, but what I like the most is that you can control how much you add to it as opposed to regular stock. As far as the taste, the most prominent flavor in this stock is the carrot juice. It definitely adds a veggie taste to anything you use it with. I highly recommend it.
