dear Art to Frames i am very disappointed in the product and the experience which i recently had with your company. basically the frame i thought i was to receive did not arrive - what arrived was a frame that was an off-color white, the wood of frame was visible on the edges of the frame as to make the frame look like it was warn out, and was completely the wrong size. i had Leah help me to ensure i was ordering the correct style and depth or thickness of the frame and despite that and despite the thumbnails one can see as the frame is being selected and ordered what i received was wrong. there is no possibility that I can use this frame which means i have wasted 51 or so dollars to order it and it needs to go into the trash bin. also i have called and left several messages when there was no one to answer the phone and despite your recording that says "your call is important to us," no one has ever called me back - lame... i have probably 10 or so posters and prints to frame and i thought i have found the perfect solution to the custom framing that i have spent 1000's of dollars on over the years but sadly i didn't - i will never use your service again. i have included a few pics of my home office and my home as to illustrate how often i use a framing company. i will surely leave feedback on any site or yelp kind of review to let the unknowing public KNOW what kind of experience i had.... -jp-
