I have where it sits at the side of my bed, and it hangs over me making both my hands free and my shoulders and arms hurt as much. I do a lot of virtual sessions on my phone- I had a tripod that just never seemed to stay in place- but the worst part was it was nearly impossible to insert a charging cord while it was in the holder- this product address is that perfectly- but the design also makes it far more versatile in terms of where to place the camera.
