Black Friday shopping. Bar stools were not leather and nail heads were misaligned. Vendor was difficult. I had paid someone to assemble, then we carefully repacked the box for return shipping. Vendor wanted photos even though I told him the items were boxed. Requested that I pay return shipping on an item that's 75lbs. All around miscommunication and frustration. Street vendors have moved to the marketplace. If the advertisement had stated the customer is responsible for return shipping (like Amazon vendors are required to do) I would not have made the purchase.
