Men's Tank Top Sleeveless Shirt for Men Lightweight Quick Dry Athletic Gym Workout Muscle Shirts

This was described to me/recommended to size down. I'm glad I did not do that. I got this in XL, and another one from another brand in the same size. I must say the other one is the better fit as this is not tight but more clingy around the chest than the other one. It's not too big. Still, I'm not knocking this shirt and it is a good fit. Just not a size down fit. And while it's more fitted around my chest, it's thankfully not too tight around my girthy midsection. Part of my fit preference is a little bit less low cut than this, but that's a personal taste matter. I'd also wear this shirt in non-gym settings probably with an overshirt to feel a little less exhibitionist. All ribbing aside, I appreciate that this is double layered, and machine washable and dryable. Still on size, I want to say something positive about this shirt is that it's long enough. I don't like the shirts that rise up and expose my excessive midriff when I reach up to do lat pull-downs at the gym. This has enough length where many of my gym T shirts don't. But not excessive. A little longer would've also been welcome. Where this shirt beats the other one I got is the SPF protection, so it could double as a beach shirt (though I'd probably opt for sleeves there). But if you work out outdoors this is great. I had worried about the color because it looks white on top in the picture and black at the bottom, so I figured it would get dulled in the colored wash. However, in real life it's more like a very light gray on top than white, so that concern is allayed and in fact this shirt survived the wash just fine. The interior is bright white, but it remained that way and wouldn't have mattered too much if it didn't anyway.
