I always read reviews before I make a lot of my purchases, so I wasn't surprised that these jeans really DO have a high waist in the front but ride low in the back! But my size 16s fit great regardless. I'm so short (4' 9”) that the leg hits me like a regular pant fit rather than the ankle length that the photo shows. They look great and even though the waist is a little odd, I may purchase another color in the future.

Comfortable but look bad on pear shape figure

These jeans are VERY COMFORTABLE, but I only wear them at home. Something about the way the legs are cut almost look like a barrel cut. I do want high waisted, as these are, but for the legs to taper inward looks awful on my pear-shaped body.. again, though, nice jeans and very comfortable.
