Seams on "holiday"

The stitching of seams meanders so that some portions are not fully connected/attached. They look good at first, but when I tried to clean up loose strings from manufacturing I noticed parts of the shorts took a "holiday" from being attached to the waistband. I bought them for summer play and "around the house" and I can mend so I don't mind much. If this isn't you, skip these and pay more for quality shorts. The quantity for price = you get what you paid for.
