I wear about an 8 1/2 so I went with size 9-10. They fit perfectly. So, I’d say get one size bigger than your size. They are very comfortable and warm. I also believe that they are very supportive. I have wide and flat feet, neuropathy pain, and arthritis. These really provide the softness and structure that I need inside and outside of the house.

I’m normally a 10 or 10 1/2 wide so I went with size 11 to 12 and they fit perfect, also the color is beautiful, I would definitely recommend. I don’t know how long they will last because I just got them but so far so good!!! I am very happy with them!!😊
