Don't listen to these reviews. I didn't use the microwave- I treated it like every other ramen. Less than the full line, add butter and a dash of garlic powder. Literal perfection. I've had birria at 4 different restaurants. All of them sucked, and was extremely watered down. Idk if this is true birria flavor, but I can say it's way better than all of my other experiences. I wouldn't say it's straight taco seasoning either. For me it will replace all of my other shameful cup of noodles/ramen in the future. The flavor is great, noodles are gewy egg noodles. I like it a lot. Just try it for $2. Come back and give it a good review if you like it. Haters, go back to your holes. Honestly- they either prepared it wrong or it's the competition

This Old El Paso ramen noodle, Beef Birria, is the bomb! The noodles aren't like traditional ramen noodles. They're so much better. Doesn't taste salty. A great satisfying flavor. I like to cook up some ground beef, add taco seasoning and mix some of the meat with the noodles. Add some cheese and viola, a great tasting, economical and filling meal!

I added butter and sour cream and pinch of salt and some pepper. Before the butter and sour cream the liquid in the pasta was very thin but then when I added the butter and sour cream it turned like a Cheesy color and thickened up. It turned out so good. I added a pinch of hot sauce too, because you know you can add that Sh to everything.
