Don't listen to these reviews. I didn't use the microwave- I treated it like every other ramen. Less than the full line, add butter and a dash of garlic powder. Literal perfection. I've had birria at 4 different restaurants. All of them sucked, and was extremely watered down. Idk if this is true birria flavor, but I can say it's way better than all of my other experiences. I wouldn't say it's straight taco seasoning either. For me it will replace all of my other shameful cup of noodles/ramen in the future. The flavor is great, noodles are gewy egg noodles. I like it a lot. Just try it for $2. Come back and give it a good review if you like it. Haters, go back to your holes. Honestly- they either prepared it wrong or it's the competition

Was I completely 1000% skeptical? You bet. But you only get one life right? Or that we know of anyway. Old El Paso Ramen? Seems contradictory right? Mexican and Asian mixed? A new fusion I guess. Anyways, I was surprisingly delighted. I love this soup. Goes great with a sandwich, like hand and cheese or grilled cheese, and you can dip it into the broth. The noodles are a good texture and sized appropriately, so you can use a spoon to eat it, not the ramen you usually need a fork for. So yes, I like it.

This Old El Paso ramen noodle, Beef Birria, is the bomb! The noodles aren't like traditional ramen noodles. They're so much better. Doesn't taste salty. A great satisfying flavor. I like to cook up some ground beef, add taco seasoning and mix some of the meat with the noodles. Add some cheese and viola, a great tasting, economical and filling meal!
