Good aroma and good spice mix

I have watched almost all of Guy Fieri's Tripple D videos on YouTube, and I figured he must know by now what is good. So, I decided to try it out. My wife smelled all of the other brisket rubs just now, and the only one she liked was the Guy Fieri rub. I'm smoking a pastrami right now, but I actually mixed Guy's rub with 3 other rubs including pepper corn, so it will be hard to tell which one actually did the job. However, I am sure that Guy's rub is probably the best one on there.
