Fantastic Customer Service and Great PC for Price.

The Customer support was exceptional. I got the Computer and turned it on. Windows Update did the usual thing and kept updating the Windows 11 to the latest. Then on te last update it went into the blue screen of death. Kept rebooting and saying MBR Corrupt. I contacted MXZ and they tried to help relode the OS but to no avail. Nothing worked and it just stayed in the Death Roll. MXZ asked if they could send out a new SSD with Windows 11 already installed for me to replace the old one. I accepted and it was here in just a couple days. I installed, let it do all the Windows Updates and it works perfect. I asked for a return lable to send back the old 1tb SSD and they said go ahead and dont worry about sending it back. So once again Fantastic Customer Service and a great Computer for the price.
