I bought these pants for my son since his school provided football pants were too small. He'a a big boy and the pants fit him great even with his girdle on. The padding makes me feel comfortable as a parent knowing that he has all of the protection possible on him while playing such a rough sport. I definitely would recommend these to other parents. These are quality pants. The padding is much better than some of the other brands and they wash well with no shrinkage or tears. This is the second pair purchased for my son due to his growth. The price is a bit higher than other brands but they make up for it in quality.
