I was shopping for a small towel rack that had to be mounted on a tile wall. I did not want to drill into the tile. Looking on the internet, I discovered this product. Ordering it through Walmart (had the best price). Then it informed me that it "could" take up to 30 days to arrive. However, it came about ten days later (from China). I opened the box, emptied the contents, and the items were as described, EXCEPT for one thing: the instructions, a piece of paper about the size of an index card, was in Chinese. And discovered the attachment was an adhesive pad. Assembly was easy, so I was able to position it on the wall before I did it "permanently". Since I ordered two units, before mounting the first one, I cleaned the wall where the adhesive pads were going to be applied with alcohol. No problem. Applied the second unit, also no problem, till I discovered one side's adhesive pad would not stick to the wall. It kept dislogging itself. I had to resort to using a bonding adhesive. They look nice on the wall. If you decide to purchase this item, play with it before you install it. This could have been five stars had it had English instructions, and one pad did not fail.
