Chopped Sweet Kale, I finally decided to try the kale salad as a side dish or snack. The salad has a sweet crispy taste. The chopped kale makes it easier to chew, and the individual snack bowl has its own dressing and salad mix. It's convenient to have all you need in one container. Every kale salad bowl I have purchased is fresh and affordable.

Oh my God I never thought I would ever like kale in anything I bought the salad I think last month and it was phenomenally good and I'm again I'm not sure if this one or the sunflower one had a really good tasting dressing. Oh my God this was good. I was so surprised it was crispy. It was light. You could use it as a side dish. You can add it to your sandwich if you'd like to mix things up like I do. You can use it as a in between snack because they're that good. You can add it to a steak hamburger or just have it as a meal for yourself. It's not enough for two people so if that's what you're expecting you're gonna be let down you have to buy two but the price for these are great.
