This is a great piece of furniture....
This is a great piece of furniture. Very comfortable as a chair that no one would suspect to be a pull out bed. This would be great in a game room or small space where occasional extra bedding is needed. The quality seems well made and very comfortable. I can see this being used in a variety of spaces for years to come.

I really like "sofa beds" for their versatility. This piece would be great in my guest room. I would use it as a chair most of the time, then it could convert to a bed for a guest whenever needed. The only problem is that it's fairly small. It would only be comfortable for someone about 5'6" or shorter.

I'm all about dual furniture purposes. The Nolan pull out chair is a high quality chair that's comfortable and provides extra sleeping space. This would be great in a guest bedroom or bonus room! The chair fabric is a beautiful wheat color that has lots of texture.
