For the price I'm very satisfied. one of the two I ordered did came with a small ding in the leather. It is what it is nothing serious nor is it cut completely through. They are comfortable I would suggest a lumbar pillow if you have back problems. My husband uses his without a pillow and he finds his comfortable even though his feet hang over slightly he's 6'3

This chair was very easy to put together - 15 minutes tops from unboxing to adding the legs to placing the back reclining pad on. This chair was WELL packaged with reinforcements at all corners, plastic wrapped, padding on edges, parts zip tied under the chair. The chair works beautifully. I did not want a complicated, over stuffed chair. I wanted one that sat me up and I could mechanically lay it back if I so desire. The weight limit says 225 pounds. I can see if a heavier person used this daily and several times throughout the day, it would break down faster. It is well built and comfortable for sitting. This is NOT a fluffy, "fall-into" type chair. This is a good sitting chair that will be comfortable for relaxing. Great material.
