These lemon pies are always the perfect ending to a meal. They have just the right amount of filling and meringue and the crust is alway flaky. Treat yourself and try one. You won't be disappointed. However if your house is like mine, I will warn you that it won't last long if any is left over.

Delicious!!

This pie is so delicious it rivals what used to be my favorite lemon meringue pie from a bakery. You're supposed to put it in the freezer until you're ready to eat it then thaw %26 eat. We don't wait for thawing. We just put it in the refrigerator because we know that night we'll slice a couple pieces. The whipped topping is a little more than what I like but there's still a good amount of lemon filling. Great pie and a real treat.
