Nothing sticks to these pans! My daughter made Christmas Crack in this, which if you've ever made it, you know it's a sticky caramel sauce. Came out of the pan like a dream. Even she was impressed! Hand wash both the pans and lids as a best practice. SO easy to clean! They are pretty, love the handles - not wood, but Bakelite, so they'll last a long time! Highly recommended!
