Ovios 6 Pieces Outdoor Patio Furniture Wicker Conversation Set Sectional Couch with Cushions & Glass Table

My patio set arrived on time. However, when I opened the 1st box, the wicker on the chairs was broken and damaged. I reached out to the seller right away, explaining that I wanted to return the product and receive a refund. They asked for pictures, which I sent, then ghosted me for 2 days. I had to contact Walmart to get the seller to respond back again. Then, the seller continued to give me the run around about returning the set and getting a refund. I am so thankful to Walmart for backing their customers who use their site. Even though it was a 3rd party seller on their website, Walmart went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I would NOT recommend this seller at all. The set was low quality, and the seller does not follow through on the free 30-day returns as listed on the product description.
