I am so disappointed in this phone case bought online for my samsung s23 ultra phone. I wanted a yellow color with a wrist strap and was excited when I found this one. The wrist strap was yellow, matching the phone which I liked. The fit was nice as well, The phone was bought in July 2025 which means I've only had the case for four months. The problem which is a big one is after about a month this case appeared so dirty and worn that it looks like it's two years old or older. I tried gently washing it to no avail. It was embarrassing when using it in public and around family and friends. I have had various phone cases that have lasted for years and never appeared in that condition. I had to stop using it though I still have it. It is really fit to be thrown away. I don't know if the case material/color is substandard or what. I do know it was a total waste. I would appreciate a refund or a replacement in a different bright color. I can return it to any Walmart if you want me to.
