One of the better Maple Syrups

So many choices for Maple Syrup ... so many prices ... kind of depends what you put it on or in ... Here's one for you ... MY favorite is ... ready ? ... on Ricotta Cheese ... a couple of heaping spoonful's of Ricotta in a bowl then drench it in Maple Syrup ... incredible ... so much better than any ice cream I ever had... try it !
