Happy so far!

It looks good and performs well. I'm hoping it outlasts the Keureg models I've had that were good for about a year and half. We have only had this one three months so far. The reservoir could be a little larger, but that would be my only want so far.

Great Replacement for Keurig

After having used this machine for 3 months, I can say this machine is great for brewing K-cups or your own loose grounds with very few issues. The only one I can come up with is when the water tank is near empty and it will draw from it until it's empty. But that's my own fault for not putting enough water in it before brewing coffee. It's fast for K-cups and impressive for loose grounds. Its footprint is slimmer than most Keurigs and gives more options for brew style than the Keurigs I've owned in the past (the three button selection on how much to brew). My wife loves making her coffees and teas in it and I love making my coffee and the kid's hot chocolate. It can accommodate travel mugs up to about 16-18oz depending on the mug's profile.

I finally found a good coffee pot! I hope it lasts for a really long time. I've gone through probably five of the other K..... brand. I haven't used the 'grounds' as yet but my daughter has. Says it works great. Looks nice on the counter and doesn't take up a lot of room. Holds more water than the other brand. Yes I recommend this product.
