Purchased computer and printer with installation called 3 times about installation and told each time 24-48 hrs. After complaints. They refunded installation and pretty much said I'm on my own. They gave me numbers to call one was about gift cards none Of others helped I. would not have bought and printer and computer Without installation don't purchase installation Nobody knows what is going on I still like Wallmart

I would not recommend any lay person Buying a laptop from Walmart Go to a full service store if you need Help setting up a laptop !! I purchased $39 set up %26 $39 2 yr warranty After 4 days no set up %26 I took it back to get a refund !! I had to Fight A AI to get to a Person or supervisor !! So Buyer Beware

Spoke with tech Joseph twice %26 was hung up on while asking questions. Called back 3rd time, tech said his was Juan, but could tell it was still Joseph. Then when asked to speak with a mgr, he said that they do not support the router %26 Walmart should not have offered tech support for it online. He further said to ask for a refund %26 sent me to costumer AI, instead of a mgr
