Very creamy organic gluten-free unsweetened coconut milk. Great for drinking, with or without "extras" - such as carob powder or coconut sugar/nectar - and tastes just as good cold or warmed. Excellent used in baking and even added to egg whites pan-cooked for breakfast. Interesting note: coconut sugar dissolves very quickly in this coconut milk, so just use a little. Delicious, nutritious, and dairy free.

SO Makes Great NonDairy products.

The SO company makes great alternatives for milk products. Milk has become more of an issue through the years due to the antibiotics that are being given to our cows. I cannot tolerate milk and The SO company makes great alternatives with coconut milk. I am very happy with their products.

I use this product almost everyday to make my morning protein shake. It's the base of a very healthy morning meal drink. Low calorie, No sugar, high on vitamin B-12, plus it blends good with the protein powder and anything else you may add for added nutrition. Lastly you can change the taste to whatever you like. Like strawberries, blueberries, cacoa powder, bananas, etc.
