Comfortable Chair, but Fragile Plastic Parts
I encountered a few problems during assembly of the chair. The plastic caps covering the bolt holes cracked easily when I tried to install them, and the smallest plastic cover for the hydraulic lifter broke near the seat's bottom. Additionally, the bolt holes for the back were misaligned, so I had to cut the faux leather to line them up properly. However, after working through these issues, I managed to get everything together. Once assembled, the chair is surprisingly comfortable and sturdy, but the plastic parts definitely need some improvement.
