Three times ordering my size, three times wrong size came...A size 9 is not a 7, or a 8 or 10..

You keep sending the wrong size shoe!

I'm not sure what's going on with this company, but I have ordered these shoes and sent them back three different times, and every time I re-ordered them they continue to send the wrong size. I wear a women's size 11 and they keep sending me a size 8 and I'm not sure why. I even double checked on my end to make sure I didn't accidentally order the wrong size and it clearly shows that I ordered a size 11. I am extremely frustrated with this at this point…it clearly makes no sense except that there is extreme incompetence on this company's behalf! Don't waste your time ordering from them unless you have a lot of time to waste…SMH Signed, a very dissatisfied customer ☹️
