This was actually as good as I hoped. the color was a little more muted than shown but it fluffed out nicely and is very sturdy and very firm. If you want something more plush this isn't very plush but it's sturdy and comfortable. .

Walmart return is a nightmare!

This review text is styled with strikethrough formatting

I like this couch and I thought it was very well-made and pretty but it was damaged during shipment. It had a tear and puncture holes. It's been four weeks almost and I still am having trouble with Walmart picking it up. They always tell me it's settled and give it 24 to 48 hours and they'll schedule pick up and they never do. They won't return my money until they pick up the couch but they won't pick up the couch! I'm very disappointed and will never order anything large like this from Walmart again. customer service always seems very nice and hospitable, but they never follow through and handle the problem. This has been a nightmare… I'm still sitting here with a couch and no refund. Walmart shouldn do much better than this. I'm so disappointed.
