My go-to Sun Dried Tomatoes

I've used these sun dried tomatoes in a couple of ways, I love adding them to creamy pasta dishes, and most recently I diced some up and mixed them into a Greek inspired orzo pasta salad. I also used the infused oil in the jar as a component of the salad “dressing”. I've purchased this product in the past and the quality is consistent. I'm sure there are many other ways to get creative with this product.

This is my favorite brand of sun-dried tomatoes. They have such a great flavor. I love to top salmon with them for roasting and then use the leftovers for salmon patties. They're also great on pizza. I've tried the other jarred types and the dehydrated ones in the bags. I always prefer these by far.

Adding sun-dried tomatoes was the special touch!

I put chicken breasts in my crockpot and poured a bottle of Olive Garden salad dressing over them and then I cut up a block of cream cheese then I drained the oil off of the sun-dried tomatoes and added on top and let it cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs depending on how big the chicken breast are! Oh my goodness. My company had a fit over them. They loved the sun-dried tomatoes in this meal. I served over rice, but I have added pasta before. Yum!
