I'm a full time caretaker, and it not only helps me, but I can also put it on her and check pulse, pulse ox, and even checks BLOOD PRESSURE!! It also has phone functions/messages, monitors your steps, exercise and your sleep etc. Been great for when I can't keep my phone at hand! If you go to check your BP, it measures the closest when you spin it to measure from the inside of your wrist... within only 5-10 points from the traditional BP cuff etc...
