She's in South is for meat seasoning not popcorn or any other kind of chips or dip this is and you learn to cook for a long time. You can make it into a juice with lemon or lime juice or something you prefer please no strawberry cranberry oat milk try something nice and try something. Lovely but add a little sugar to a brown or white.
