Great alternative if you are lactose intolerant!

This is a great milk substitute for people with lactose intolerance! It's delicious, has less calories and has a longer shelf life in the fridge. I still take lactaid on occasion but I don't need it in my coffee any longer. The price at Walmart is much less than what I would have to pay at a regular grocery store, which in this financial climate is a godsend, especially as we are on a fixed income. Linneaann

Delicious alternative to dairy

Very tasty. I like it much better than milk. Low in calories, great for smoothies, cereal, coffee. I even use it for baking. It's a great dairy alternative. It has a mild almond flavor. There's even a unsweetened version that also tasty, With little or no sugar. I just purchased the Vanilla flavor. It's nutritious, but caution if you have a nut allergy. Definitely better than soy milk.
