Used and broken on arrival!

Item came used. Not only was the item completely scuffed up but about 50% of the elastic ties were broken on one side making them incapable of being tied. Obviously with nothing to tie it down the product is useless. I can't help but also mention it is advertised as a better valued product than competitors however this item is almost card paper thin, completely opposite of what is advertised! I would have been better off cutting a tarp into a circle shape, cutting out the center and setting it on top of my springs! That is essentially what this is. Garbage!
