Does not work for long

I have purchased 2 of these blankets now. One stopped working shortly after and the second one did not work from the minute I opened it. Definitely not a good quality.

Pitiful!

I turn it on high to warm up the bed before getting in, and within an hour, I get in and it's turned itself off and the bed's ice cold!! If I turn it on anything other than high it will stay on, but will be BARELY warm, if that. And the feet area is always cold... where you need it the most!! Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and it's blinking, and, of course, has turned itself off. And will not turn back on. On person reviewed it saying that means the cord has become disconnected, but that is not the case for me. However, the controls are quiet, and the blanket is very pretty. That's about it!
