A Disappointment

I'm a female US customer. The shoes in olive green are somewhat attractive. Unfortunately, they are too small for me. I ordered them in my usual size, 10M. The toe area is tight and painful for me. Also, the odd makeup of the sole, with its bumps and odd structure, is a complete puzzle to me. Even though I saw it in the photo, I decided to take the chance and order the shoes since they were so inexpensive. Why did they make the sole that way? All said, a disappointing purchase.
