This is a great chair. It was not hard to put together and its is very comfortable. I like how adjustable it is, the arm rest height and lower back suppordt can be moved. Replacement works great!
The first chair I got had a broken locking mechanism. The back would not stay locked in one of the 3 positions. After speaking with support, they sent me a whole new chair as a warranty replacement. The second one works properly. I love all the adjustments, and the lumbar support is great. The one annoying thing is the arms rotate just by moving them and I am constantly moving them unintentionally. Other than that, I love the chair.
