This rug is very soft. The quality is great and the colors are extremely RICH AND BOLD!!! Packing was great! I was able to use the rug edge covers for my previous rug in storage. Only thing I recommend is leaving the rug laid out maybe for a day to flatten the edges. Of course before decorating your area. (because it was rolled up) I had to use something with weight to sit on the corners and edges to flatten it. My rug was delivered yesterday, and today the corners and edges have already flattened!!!!!
