Blinking On/Off Button

I purchased this blanket two weeks ago. I love the softness and it preheated my bed wonderfully and took the chill off. I noticed another person has the same question I do that the on off button blinks. I had noticed in the directions that this could happen if there had been a power outage. I've unplugged the blanket and plugged it back in and noticed the issue continued. In the previous review were someone noted this concern I did not see a response from Sunbeam. Can you please clarify what the issue is? There are times when I wish to turn off the blanket after my bed has warmed up.

Not impressed

I got this blanket as a Christmas gift, and the second night that I used it, I got burned pretty severely on my right knee where one of the layers of wire were. What are you going to do about it??? My guess is probably nothing! I'm definitely not happy and would never recommend this product to anyone.

Loved it until…

I loved this blanket entirely up until I washed it one time. Now it doesn't heat as good as it used too…. I also haven't been able to register it for the warranty cause every time I call I can never get through to anyone and I can't find the model number…. I'm really upset I use this for warmth as we don't have a heated home all the time and I'm anemic. I'd like assistance with a new blanket I can't afford a new one…
