This product works well. The price has gone up a lot in the past couple of years. It seems kind of like gouging. But it works very well and provides quick relief from a very inconvenient and frustrating problem. I wish it still came in a bottle and not in individual blister packs which are far more difficult for people with arthritis to open!

This review is more aimed at the greatness of equate items which is generally good when name brand products over charge like arm %26 hammer saline spray for over $7, then wal mart drops in with the same product for $5 that was the original price of the name brand saline spray. I think equate is awesome and I feel bad for people that don't realize there name brand produces are going keep getting more expensive as long as they buy it little did they know store bands got there back.

Great Price, Packaging is less than ideal.
I don't know why AD tablets are no longer packaged in bottles of either 36 or 72, it has been sometime since any company (that I am aware of) has packaged these tablets in bottles. I find it very difficult to open each of these tablets, I have arthritis in my hands and must use scissors to open each and every tablet. Sometimes, in order to get close enough to the edge or end of a tablet, the scissors cut a small portion of the tablet off. These tablets are rather small, so I can only imagine how much less medicine is left when a small portion is cut off, but as I stated before, I no longer know of any company that packages this medicine in bottles.
