This little machine is awesome. I don't use it for pasta but for sheeting dog cookie dough and it is a life saver. It works perfectly and would do the same for pasta, so I would definitely recommend it. Great value for the $. Its' very easy to use. I saw it on Amazon for much more.

Love this thing!

Great pasta roller/cutter! High quality, very easy to use and anchored very sturdily to my granite countertop. I've tried several over the years, and this is hands down the best! I used the recipe that came with it, had to add a little water and it made a wonderfully silky lasagne pasta. One change I'd make to the recipe would be to add salt since I used it fresh and did not ore cook in salted water.
