Great pasta roller/cutter! High quality, very easy to use and anchored very sturdily to my granite countertop. I've tried several over the years, and this is hands down the best! I used the recipe that came with it, had to add a little water and it made a wonderfully silky lasagne pasta. One change I'd make to the recipe would be to add salt since I used it fresh and did not ore cook in salted water.
