I prefer this flavor as number one, strawberry number two. Looking to add a bit of healthy to your life? This might just be the start, not every flavor will be your favorite trust me but this one drink cures a mid day tummy hunger and will boost that energy slightly. It does have a thicker texture but not one that should be off putting. Its like a blended mango texture. Warning however it doesn't quench thirst! Its delicious but you may still want water.

I'm not a fan of mangos but these smoothies are all great, even the green, freshly cut grass one is tasty. They aren't too sweet but have a lot of vitamins I need since im taking a GLP-1 which curves my hunger most days.
